Keshek Soup
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of Awarma or Olive Oil
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of kishk powder
- 3 cups of water
Preparation
- Add the Awarma or Olive Oil with the garlic to the pan over high heat till the garlic is fried
- Add the Keshek
- Add the water and whisk it
- Leave it under low heat for 10 min until the mixture thickens
- Serve it in a bowl
