Halloumi Sticks
Ingredients
- One log of halloumi
- 300g Bread crumble with(1tsp salt, 1tsp garlic powder, 1tsp pepper)
- 1 egg (mixed in a bowl)
Preparation
- Cut the Halloumi into rectangular shape
- Dip it in Eggs then in the bread crumbles
- Fry it for 2 min to get the golden color
- Serve it with sweet chilli sauce
