Emm El Khayrat is a Lebanese family owned business that produces various kinds of cheese and other dairy food. Its main concern is to keep its authentic identity and produce a preservative free product. The manufactured goods are created using traditional, but safe, Lebanese methods to keep a taste of the old while adding a unique twist. In addition to that, our team travels around various countries earning new experiences in cheese making to create new products and “Lebanise” them. Hence, the Laban, Labne, Aayran, Arishe, and local cheeses are created along with special flavored ones.

Emm El Khayrat works on daily bases to produce fresh food that is similar to that of a mother’s. The family works together in creating new recipes and controlling the results. The whole business started with a dream to own a farm and raise different animals that would produce fresh products to the family. With friends trying the cheeses, the farm grew bigger to achieve the required demand. Day by day, the products’ healthy and clean reputation earned it a successful name to grow from a small business into a bigger one.
